Yellowpop Product Platform

The Challenge

Yellowpop was at a pivotal point in the growth of their young business. Having secured series A funding, they needed to create new LED neon designs that demonstrated a more individual sense of their brand identity.

Together, we established the need for a much more ambitious product platform for their business aimed at achieving the growth they are looking for and to land their ambitions for the brand.


The Solution

By identifying the key elements that drove success in Neon products, we proposed a broader collection of home decor and lifestyle products. 

Working alongside branding agency Koto as they built out the brand platform, we developed a comprehensive Product Platform- a commercially focussed product strategy and a defined creative identity and visual language to drive the product range as it expands and evolves.

The Outcome

The brand now has a set of product principles that work in harmony with the brand platform. 

They use the current strengths of this LED Neon business, with the breadth and longevity to carry the brand into the next stage of growth. The vision-  to a full home and lifestyle brand.


The work included creative ideation of a promo video for a Keith Haring Foundation collab. A collection of new neons is just the beginning. Watch this space for more to come.
